We know what government thinks on the subject from the dreadful 
report on encryption of NHSNet by Zergro, or was it Zergo, that 
recommended the use of Red Herring.

Essentially medical staff are dangerous subversives who need to be 
monitored by government. The innocent have nothing to fear. Trust 
us.
