And just as people laugh heartily at the RIP Bill because it is so easy
to circumvent, by using stenographic file systems, encryption, and
overseas email servers - you can circumvent all the vehicle surveillance
by spending ten quid on a set of false numberplates. Even stereotypical
"stupid" criminals will know how to do that.
