Ironic, the day after RIP, the day new digital speed cameras come online in
Nottingham.... The Home Secretary Jack Straw's driver will not be prosecuted
for driving at 103 mph! 

Even if he was doing it on "orders" unless there was one hell of an
emergency (and I do not mean getting in for a a division bell) this Special
Branch officer should have gone through the same as anyone else, which at
that speed, if found guilty I think would have been instant
disqualification, and probably a 3 year ban.

The HSecs Jag is an armoured Tank, if the SB driver hit anything at 103 mph
in a 3 tonner then unless it was an 18 wheeler the other driver was going to
die.

I know its off topic but Grrrrrrrrrrr it is irritating.
