Anyone know whether PGP has plans for session key extractor

I fear this law is no longer "proposed". It will be on the statute book
by the end of this week.

Yes, that should do it.

Another useful utility would be one which took any PGP object and
exposed its entire structure, just for diagnositc and investigative
purposes.
