Anyone know whether PGP has plans for session key extractor

I actually emailed Phil Zimmerman a while ago about this. He seemed to
suggest that this might be done in the future, though not immediately.

I think there is some sort of third party utility that will do this
somewhere, though where it's found I'm not sure.
