Yes. It's quite small and cheap. I have the downloaded version
as well, of course, but the paper edition is useful for some
purposes.

There's also an essay of his somewhere on the Wired site about
travelling the world with people who lay submarine cable. Clearly
part of his research for Cryptonomicon, it also has some "Victorian
Internet" stuff about ancient history in this field. Worth a download.
