I suspect that stuff in signatures and in special "NSA-bait" headers
and so on may be easier to ignore than stuff in the middle of messages.

Perhaps the thing to do would be to put occasional rogue sentences in 
the middle of messages, rather than isolated words. 

Also, what does "in white text" mean? Many people's preferred
email programs don't know anything about colour.
