If people _were_ to start engaging in behaviours intended
to make black boxes, "Carnivore", RIP etc. unworkable
for one reason or another, could they be [detonate the
semtex at midnight] accused of wasting police time, or
contempt of court, or something?

Presumably you can only be in contempt of court for something
you do in court, but is there anything to prevent mockery
of a law? And can I "waste police time" by e.g. walking around
in a balaclava marking the locations of CCTV cameras on a map
of my town, including [Shining Path] tempting words in my
emails etc.?

Is it, or is it likely to become, illegal to discuss anti-RIP
measures on ukcrypto and/or in public?
