How do I do that? Could you explain this a bit more to me publicly or

Ideally I would like to see RIP ripped off and so that we do not have
to go through loopholes etc but initiatives such as the draft COE
convention shows that there will be less loopholes in the future. So we
need to oppose such initiatives at both national and international level.
