They are arguably a Breach of the Peace, if one wanted to construe
them as such. Personally, I wouldn't, but a lot of the media (and
thus public opinion) around the events at the time (particularly the
London centric media -- /Metro/ and the /Evening Standard/) did choose
so to do... :o/
