An excellent report which one cannot glean  from Hansard.  I missed the
early part of the debate and am encouraged by the "promisses" on Code.  B=

or real significance still is the issue of keys, session key,s the
"special" circumstances and how plan text can be given if the we are in a=

"likely to be" scenario in Section 46.  This has to be addressed. =
