It's rather starting to irk me. I feel FIPR should at least be getting some
recognition out of this policy kleptomania. First we gave the Home Office
the idea of "black-boxes" last August, http://www.fipr.org/ioca/fipr.pdf,
then

Reminds me of Tom Lehrer giving up satire when Kissinger got the Peace
