Agreed, this list is for crypto issues, but it does not help if people
cannot read some of the documents.
Whilst I can go with just about any format, it's a pain sometimes with .pdf
(e.g. "error: file does not start with #pdf" etc) & .ps.
Why make it awkward- HTML is the web media & is understood by browsers, so
unless it's *really* necessary to use word or adobe or postscrip formats
then why not use html & give the others a break?
It's reading & downmloading time that matters to some & html is quick & easy
to read (or better still, plain old text).
Enough said.
