You can't win.  When I was looking after encryption policy at the DTI,
Nigel and I put out on ukcrypto, five minutes after they had been issued =
in
Parliament,  the actual files of the announcement that had gone to our
Minister for approval (complete with the word draft on the top of the pre=
ss
release if I remember rightly) and the first posting in response was a
whinge from someone objecting to us posting them as Word 6 files.  Sort o=
f
put me of bothering for a while after.
