I don't want to provoke a flamewar here, and I hope as a newcomer I'm
not being out of line, but surely people subscribing to this list are
at least slightly IT literate and can work out how to find the
appropriate reader for PDF/PS/HTML/whatever files.

This is the second time since my short time on this list I have
received a slew of postings whining about "this doesn't work with X
reader" or "don't you wish they'd publish these things in Y format" -
all fair comments, but surely off-topic? Complain to the publisher.
Wait for Yaman to make an HTML version (which he or some other kind
soul invariably does, as well as mirroring large documents).
