Today I received mail from the DTI saying that the fourth Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary agreement imposes no new restrictions on the export of cryptography technology. This is somewhat at variance with what I remember; could someone set one of us right? Maybe I'm confusing rumour with fact. Ta.
