did I miss the consultation document?

Bert-Jaap, I am very much involved in discussions on the Ecommerce Bill. The
Consultation document has been delayed by a number of factors - but mainly
two things. First is the need for political agreement on the balance between
law enforcement requirements and the creation of a commercial/legal
environment that encourages ecommerce. Second is the rapid turnover in
Ministers at the DTI (we are now on our third in about 6 months!). This
requires they be briefed and agree what is contained in the consultation
paper. I don't expect to see it until later this month at the earliest.
