Obviously, U.S. laws do nothing to invalidate the statutes of other
nations. However, the SAFE Act's claim is not necessarily pure hyperbole.
Some U.S. export control laws and regulations apply to U.S. citizens,
wherever located. Extraterratoriality cuts both ways.
Just a thought.
