My own twist on this one was....
Given a Compiler is a computer program that takes a human-readable
message (source code) and converts it into non-readable form (.exe
files are NOT human readable by any normal standard) could we talk
some reasonably net-savvy PC into demanding the source for Windows9x,
NT and so forth from Microsoft(UK) with such a warrant? ;)
