US patent 5,752,051  (on the web - just type the number into the search
engine at <URL:http://164.195.100.11/netahtml/srchnum.htm> ... the
numeric reference is probably not unrelated to a site which won't let
you get at direct (and hence short) web references)

however it could be the earlier..
