Pardon my ignorance, not being a techie I assumed that you can access the
text of mail which was sent, but a copy of which was stored on your HDD or
other storage media, I will endevour to "look before I leap" in future.

Again my ignorance of technical matters is showing, but is was a question
rather than a statement.
