Administrivia: reply-to header

There has been a clear winner in the lists vote on the reply-to header
Although initially it was looking too close to call, in the end the group
wanting to maintain the status quo outnumbered those calling for change by
19 votes to 8 (see below).  As we have approximately 250 subscribers to
this list that means that turn out was over 10%.  Yet another
demonstration of democracy on the net. 

I shall keep the reply-to header pointing to the list so please be aware
of this if you wish to send private mail in reply to a message seen on the
list.  Also if you wish to discuss this decision with me please please
please do not send such messages to the list.  Thanks.
