Take a look at the Global Trust Register. You can get it online at
<http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/Research/Security/Trust-Register/> or buy a
paper copy, from there or from Amazon.

BTW, the 1999 Global Trust Register will be bigger and will be
published by MIT Press in November 1999. If you want to get your key
in, send email to <Trust-Register@cl.cam.ac.uk>. You will have to
complete the authentication protocol by the end of this month.

As the GTR is available as a paper book, it's protected by the
various laws governing print publishing, such as the US Constitution.
(We agreed the deal with MIT at a time when the old DTI proposals
would have made publication of distribution of GTR a criminal offence
in the UK.)
