URGENT: Labour Info-Highway policy

Sorry to shout, but I'm expecting a film crew round in 45 mins;
they want to film me placing the "Information Highway" pre-electio policy 
document on the web (since its removal from Labours web site as 
embarassing).

But a quick review shows I've only got the "edited highlights" i.e. all the stuff on 
crypto but not the whole document. Could anyone who has it please e-mail me 
with it.
