Make sure that anyone with concerns or questions write so that the DTI get
a chance to access the public opinion and to answer the public's concerns.

Maybe further messages on this subject should also be cc'd to their email
address.  Or maybe we should make them aware of the discussion on this
list and the newly formed archive of messages on this subject.  What do
people think?
