various people speculate on Nigel's latest:

I don't understand Nigel's post. I would like to understand the DTI's
position, and/or Nigel's personal opinion.

Could someone translate for me. I like plain speaking.

Is it sarcasm? Humor? A pun? Piss-take of a previous posters
comment? If so which post? (there was no References: line in Nigel's
post).

Perhaps the UK government civil servant responsible for trade and
industries interests on encryption could a) start writing intelligible
sentences, and b) actually start representing trade and industry and
lobby for the scrapping export controls, which are clearly against
industry's interests.
