It took me some minutes to find that the claim is in fact on their page:

so I thought I might save some people some time by posting the URL.
En route I came across, in their FAQ file:
How do you actually recover the passwords ?
The technical aspects of password recovery are patented
by Buchanan International and are therefore
confidential. The process will not harm any existing data.
I find the "therefore" in the above quote rather strange, to say the least!
I've decided not to try and buy any Buchanan International Limited shares.
