Dear All,

	I finally got around to translating at least some of the draft of the
Colombian Law on Electronic Commerce, Digital Signatures and Certification
Authorities. The URL is http://www.qmw.ac.uk/~tl6345/colombia_en.htm. I'll
soon get around to the rest of the text, which deals with the juiciest
part: digital signatures, certification authorities, etc...
