The terms used are indeed confusing, however this is not the first time=20
these have been used!
Electronic signature is supposed to be a 'general' term implying any=20
electronic writing which is to serve the purpose of a signature=2E Digital=
=20
signatures, on the other hand, are supposed to be a subset of electronic=20
signatures, created by using asymmetric cryptography (i=2Ee=2E technology=20
specific)=2E
DH keys are asymmetric=2E
