The 'invalid integer' diagnostic comes from parseInteger, not
parseTimeInterval. Is it possible that rsbackup 6.0 is still present?

The description is under 'Time Intervals' near the top of
https://www.greenend.org.uk/rjk/rsbackup/rsbackup.5.html.
14d should work. I have something similar:
richard at sfere:~$ rsbackup --version
10.0
richard at sfere:~$ rsbackup --dump-config | grep prune-age|head
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
prune-parameter prune-age 30d
