[PATCH 0/4] secnet: Do name resolution on peer-initiated key setup too

This series improves secnet's behaviour when one end is multihomed and
not configured to bind to a particular IP address, particularly when
mobile peers are involved.

I don't intend to include this in 0.3.1, but I hope to include it (and
my logging patches just posted) in another release shortly after
0.3.1.
