Well, this certainly opens up a can of worms.  However, as the rules
are currently, this ruling, being false, does not have the official status
of explicit game custom.  Does anyone want to submit a CFJ designed to
confirm this (because, as things stand, it is still unclear whether any of
the existing rules are actually not there due to such a conflict).

What do other people think of this judgement?
