[Debian-uk] Server-friendly UK ISPs?

Hello,
Can anyone give me some advice please?
I'm running my own server from my home, and I'm currently with an ISP
that used to be great, but now they're not. Their entire client IP
address range has recently been added to the SORBS database, so now my
emails to the BTS (and this list) are bouncing. And the ISP claims to
know nothing about being listed on SORBS.
So I'd like to find a new ISP (in the UK) that can provide the
following:
* a static IP address
- which is permitted to run a mail server
- which is not blacklisted
* competent technical support (on a fairly occasional basis) when
there is something they've messed up (eg the above example)
Any suggestions or pointers would be appreciated!
Many thanks!
Julian
