So, a week and a day until the expo and I haven't seen a lot of details
about organisation fly by. Normally I'd just assume Steve has though of
it it all, but perhaps that ain't so wise this year. Things I have
thought of:
* T-Shirts
Is someone getting these to London from Cambridge? Do we have a count?
* CD/DVDs
Do we have any pressed CD/DVDs to sell? Do we really care? Should we
have burning facilities on stand again? I get the impression that
these days this largely isn't of interest to people - most of the
CD/DVD interest we've seen in recent years has seemed to be asking if
they're free.
* Banner
We have a Debian banner, don't we? Where is it at present?
* Some sort of leaflet/info sheet?
I think we've done this in the past and perhaps this year given the
coexistence with Mac Expo Live we might want to do it again; an A5
sheet with "Why Debian rocks" and details of where to get it etc. Does
anyone have the text of what's been handed out in the past?
Does someone have some exhibitor badges so we can get in preshow etc?
Phil?
Anything else? I get the impression that turnout isn't going to be that
great this year.
