[Debian-uk] recommendations for colo in london area

I'm looking for a debian-friendly colo facility in the london area.
Does anyone have any recommendations.  I just need 1U of space and a
single IP address.  Ideally I'd also like remote power cycle, and remote
console.  Cost, as usual, is also important :)
