As I understand it, thetrainline.com adds a booking fee but its
resellers like www.fgwtickets.co.uk do not.  Also, booking with an
overseas credit card may be possible only by giving a false postcode
and then editing the address - many central London embassy postcodes
give an editable address, as far as I can tell.
