(English (USA) is selectable in OOoWriter but not the default).

New document, English (UK) already preselected under Options|Language.

Correctly allows spelling of 'colour' and correctly highlights 'color'.

AFAICT, this bug does not appear in OOoWriter >=3D 2.2.1-5 and I haven't
personally noticed any problems like this in earlier versions of
OOoWriter in Sid but I cannot be sure what version OOo was current when
I first started using it in Sid.
