An update:

Today my Linksys NSLU2 arrived, I am planning on using this to host my local
Debian network mirror. I am installing Debian on it as I type this, I can
bring it with me (providing I finish getting it ready), along with a PC and
TFT monitor, a switch to connect them and all of the cables I need.

Unless anyone has any other ideas we could use these to show Debian running
both machines.
