[Debian-uk] www.uk.debian.org connectivity problems?

Is it just me, or is there some kind of route/network flapping going on
between www.uk.debian.org (free.hands.com) and the 'net at large?

Mtr shows this pattern:

 6. 194.117.136.146          .................................................
 7. ge0-1.linx.lon.rapidswit ....................................?............
 8. 0.0.0.0                  ?????????????????????????????????????????????????
 9. free.hands.com           .....???????????..?...........?????????????.....?

I first noticed it last night at around 2am and assumed it was down to
scheduled maintenance or the like, but it's still happening now. :(
