TOTAL (POSSIBLE) MONEY GBP 1202.50
As always, the possible amount is more than what we did take, as
(e.g.) quite a few of the Ts/polos were sold at discount cost to
Debian people and we were giving away case badges to some people that
bought Ts. We actually took GBP 1,154.20.
Numbers at the show seemed slightly down (again) compared to last
year, not helped by a tube problem on the Thursday morning. Despite
this, we saw lots of people and the new T designs sold quite well.
Again, we saw another marked drop in interest in DVDs. Just a couple
of people were interested in taking some Etch test CDs, and a handful
wanted Sarge on DVD. That's not a surprise - most people at the show
knew Etch was coming soon, and a large proportion of our visitors were
already Debian users.
Phil had some of the German-produced Debian keychains, and they went
well. Maddog Hall turned up late on Thursday and bought all the
remaining stock, ready to send to friends in Brazil! :-)
