Systems Support Person

Resourceful and intelligent person required to supply systems-level support 
for a Brighton Web development company. Post will involve supporting a
small local network of Linux workstations and maintaining remotely-hosted 
web servers and web applications for clients. The successful candidate
will have excellent time management skills and a good client-facing
manner. 

Experience of Linux (preferably Debian) systems administration is essential,
as is some experience of web application develoment and using an RDBMS.  

Experience of some of the following would also be desirable: Red Hat, 
Oracle, Postgres, Tomcat, Perl, Java, x86 Hardware, TCP/IP Networking, GNOME 
desktop, OpenBSD, Helpdesk work. 

Salary will be in the range 20-25k depending on experience, rising to
25-28k after six-month probationary period.
