Yes, the MicroCock in question attributed this quote to Larry Ellison,
but the effect was of a tittering audience and much mutterings of
"Airbus" and "Rolls Royce Engines".
The best quote of the day was:

Tee hee.
Much audience displeasure and cackles were also heard when Mr Flatface
(Nick McSomebody, head of Linux FUD Strategy UK) insisted, several times
to much disbelief, that Microsoft supports open standards.
I don't think it went quite the way MS was expecting. According to press
reports today, Nick McGrath has been talking about FLOSS users
perpetuating a Jihad against them.
