We only started off with one Knoppix CD; we imaged that and burned copies
of it. I've since checked the md5sum and it matches the advertised
md5sum of KNOPPIX_V3.1-10-09-2002b-EN.iso . So that seems to be the
exact version we were distributing, for reference.

That was: "Andrew M. A. Cater" <amacater@blueyonder.co.uk>
He helped out a lot by burning CDs on the Wednesday, but unfortunately
wasn't able to be there on the Thursday.
Oh, and Wookey, my name has a "-Smith" at the end. You seem to have
missed it out on your draft.
Thanks,
