[Debian-uk] Debian Installer Near Birmingham

My name is Paul Thompson. I live in the United States. So, why the
heck, you might be asking, am I mailing the Debian UK list?

Well, I work with an Open Source project called SquirrelMail.

SquirrelMail is a webmail client written in PHP. We are packaged as a
part of Debian, Redhat, Mandrake, Mac OS X, and so on.

Anyways, a college in the UK which uses SquirrelMail has generously
provided a machine for us to use as a part of our project for DNS,
email, web, testing, etc, purposes.

I am a long term Debian fanatic. In fact, a couple of years ago or so
I was even a developer for a year or two.

Well, the owners of the box over there happen to be a Redhat group.
Now, they are perfectly alright with us running whatever distribution
on the machine that we like. However, due to a SCSI raid card in the
machine, they have been unable to get Debian installed.

So, in short, I am looking for a Debian guru in the area of the
college to help me out on site. Basically, all I really need is
someone to work the magic of actually doing the install. If I was
there in person, I am sure this would not be a problem. However, that
is not possible (unless anyone has a weekend plane ticket for me :).

Robert McQueen referred me to this list as a source for some possible
help. I would LOVE to pay someone for assistance. However, as we are
also an open source project, that is not possible.

I have subscribed to this list, so just reply here if you may be able
to help.
