As mentioned on the Wiki (at <http://www.uk.debian.org/expo2002> in case
anyone's lost track), I'll be bringing a machine with a full set of CD
images and a couple of CD writers. I've been picking Steve's brain, so I
can act as the CD-burning part of the virtual Steve. (I have copies of
all archs' CD images locally now except for s390, mipsel and a quarter
of ia64... only another night or two's worth of downloading... :) )
I expect it'd be worthwhile to also have a proper mirror, though; one
that's not in the form of CD images.
Hmm. I also have access to a couple of spare monitors (a 17" and a 15").
Would they be useful?
I've put copies of the flyers from last year at
<http://briscoe-smith.org.uk/charles/linuxexpo2001-flyers/>. Both will
need updating if they are to be of use. The A5 one is more of a teaser,
the other has more technical data and may be worth replacing with the one
at <http://www.uk.debian.org/events/materials/flyers/general/flyer.ps>
(flattened to black and white and tweaked as appropriate).
However, the tech flyer from last year has our GPL-fulfilling "written
offer to supply source code" on it, so if we replace it we'd need to
give the written offer some other way.
