dbus-sesssion questions

Hi Simon,

I wanted to ask a few questions regarding dbus in general. I think we
all agree that every package shipping a (plain) dbus session should
Provide: dbus-session-bus. What isn't that clear to me:

What is the purpose of dbus-user-session? As far as I understand, this
is *not* the plain dbus session, but rather where a user session is
assumed to start the first time after login, and it doesn't end
until all login sessions have ended. It also provides dbus-services
with XDG_RUNTIME_DIR and runs dbus-activation-enviroment --all.

Am I also correct in assuming that a possible dbus-openrc-user-session
package would also need to Provide: dbus-user-session ?

I think this is similar to #1136936.

best,
