I'm not sure of what the buildds are using currently, but using sbuild
from bookworm-backports and the 'unshare' chroot mode, I still reproduce
the issue.
It looks specific to the unshare sbuild backend. Running sbuild with
--chroot-mode=schroot makes it build fine.
