Bug#962350: /etc/init.d/checkfs.sh is not very robust, and fails on missing filesystems.

#962350 and #568200 are duplicates.

Automatically skipping missing filesystems does not seem a good option. Surely
it is the sysadmin's responsibility to ensure /etc/fstab is correct.

If an /etc/fstab entry is removable and sometimes missing, consider using pass=0
or the nofail mount(8) option.
