New SysV init release - version 3.14

Hello fellow init enthusiasts,

There is a new version of SysV init (version 3.14) which is now 
available for your booting pleasure. The new version can be downloaded 
from GitHub:

https://github.com/slicer69/sysvinit/releases/tag/3.14

There are two important fixes, one for building on Arch and another for 
long entries in the inittab configuration file. Details are available on 
GitHub and in the changelog.
