Not sure. It was mainly cleaning up old reports. I think the intention for
Release Notes is to highlight gotchas. AFAIK, sysvinit and openrc work out of
the box. Upgrades appear smooth (now the kmod thing is resolved).

If upgrades aren't smooth, I would like to fix them.

I don't plan to include  OpenRC 0.61 (with user services) in trixie. It is still
marked experimental upstream, and it came too close to the freeze IMO.
